Supporting Veterans, First Responders & Tribal Nations

Call to Action

Integrated Community Resources is a developing Nonprofit dedicated to addressing the impact of trauma and creating innovative wellness programs that emphasize alternative medicine solutions. Our mission is to create a hands-on approach that not only heals but also empowers, combining in-person experiences with a virtual platform that will bring awareness, education, and ongoing

support to Veterans and their families.

We are currently in the development phase, designing programs that directly target the areas of greatest trauma within the Veteran community. One of our first initiatives will be offering 2-day and 5-day retreats for PTSD recovery. These retreats will provide Veterans with the opportunity to better understand their trauma patterns, begin true healing, and return home with practical tools to manage the stresses of everyday life. By doing so, we aim to lessen the impact of PTSD on their families, strengthen relationships, and reduce the ripple effects of trauma. We are hoping this will reduce the impact of Veterans’ post-war addiction, suicide rates, increase positive civilian integration, and reduce the impact of PTSD on family emotional health and overall well-being.

The urgency is clear. Today, an average of 17 Veterans die by suicide every single day in the United States.

This heartbreaking reality underscores the critical need for programs that address trauma at its roots and provide lasting support for both Veterans and their families. Our vision extends beyond retreats. We plan to develop an online portal of resources to support long-term integration, equipping Veterans and their families with continued guidance. Over time, we believe these programs will expand into a strong model that can be replicated nationwide.

This work is deeply personal. Lindsay grew up in a home with two Veterans. Her mother served actively during Desert Storm, and her life experience provides invaluable insight into the challenges both Veterans and their families face upon returning home. With her background in education, alternative medicine, and curriculum development, combined with my own experience and vision, we are committed to building a program that is both impactful, progressive and sustainable.

At this stage, early donations are vital to help us establish the foundation—developing curriculum, building an online presence, and launching our first retreats. We are committed to carefully tracking outcomes so that we can qualify for government Veteran grants, ensuring the evolution and sustainability of our programs. We would be honored to hear your insights on how we might best serve Veterans and their families. And we are truly grateful for any support you feel called to offer in helping us launch

this important and critical mission.

Thank you again for your interest. I look forward to connecting with you soon.

Warm regards,

ICR Leadership Team
