Dan Hally is a U.S. Army veteran, retired law enforcement captain, and nationally recognized trainer with over 25 years of experience in public safety, leadership, and community development. A graduate of Gonzaga University with a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Dan has dedicated his career to improving how communities respond to trauma, violence, and social inequities.
He led a multi-jurisdictional homicide task force that achieved a rare first-degree murder conviction in a case without a recovered body—featured on NBC Dateline and Investigation Discovery. As a national program director for the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime, Dan partnered with over 40 Tribal Governments to strengthen victim services and culturally grounded policing.
A graduate of the FBI Forensic Facial Imaging Academy, Dan has created more than 100 composite sketches to assist criminal investigations. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to collaboration, compassion, and integrity. He was nominated for the National Allied Professional Service Award that is presented by the U.S. Department of Justice and continues his mission to build safer, more resilient communities through Integrated
Community Resources.

Lindsay Byars is an Idaho native raised in McCall. Graduated from BSU with a BAS in Marketing and Management, with a year of international studies in Turin, Italy. Professional experience includes; Food & Beverage Director in private clubs, Compensation Analyst at Micron, Community Resource Coordinator at Central District Health Department, and owner of Body Fusion. My vast experience and passion to support humanity led me to create Body Fusion.

I am a compassionate and intuitive healing arts Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help Instructor and practitioner, Reiki Master and instructor, and certified with over a decade of experience helping others reconnect with their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I blend ancient energy practices with modern self-care strategies to create personalized healing experiences and programs that empower lasting transformation.
My background in business, wellness, and holistic leadership has developed my professional skills into an Executive Wellness Advisor. As an EWA, I support wellness strategies for business executives, and professionals navigating, burnout, emotional stress, personal realignment and personal value systems.
My integrative work includes Jin Shin Jyutsu, Reiki, life coaching, career transitioning, retirement transition, wellness programs, foot zoning/ reflexology, chakra balancing, meditation, and self-help instruction. All are rooted in a deep understanding of
trauma and the body’s innate capacity to heal and create wholeness.
As a keynote speaker and instructor, I bring warmth, humor, and heart to every event and person, and create an uplifting
and inclusive environment, encouraging participants to engage, reflect, and even have fun along the way. My passion is to support humanity by awakening their gifts, providing practical positive daily living patterns, and teaching how to Self Help.
